~During the exact same time, within Rita’s lair
Nichole had been thrown back, into her cage, by Patrick. Nichole has just been raped, by Patrick. Nichole was crying.

“I’ll sign all of my money, to Rita.” Jeff replied.

“FUCK YOU!!!” Patrick yelled and punched Jeff right into his face. Patrick pulled Jeff out of his cage and started beating him, hitting him, repeatedly.
“Patrick, that’s enough!” Rita quickly came to Jeff’s rescue. She wanted Jeff’s money and is afraid, if Patrick accidentally killed him, she won’t get a cent.
Jeff already had plenty of injuries, now, he got even more injuries, from Patrick’s assault, a minute ago.
“Jeff Stanmore has agreed to sign the money to you.” Patrick said
Rita smiled “Good, I told you this girl would come to her sense. Why don’t you put your anger out on Nichole, while I get Jeff to sign the papers?” Rita said
Patrick nodded and grabbed Nichole to another room and raped her again.
Rita happily walked out of the room and went to grab the documents, for Jeff to sign. A few minutes later, Gary, Bill and Josh walked into the lair.
“Have you disposed of Sam?” Rita said
“He is ancient history, mistress.” Bill responded

“Of course, you admit to killing Jeff, Nichole, Simon, Mike, Kelly, Sam and Eric, in a video, send to the cops and you get half of the Stanmore family fortune.” Rita said
